  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Please note: Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Shipping for Returns

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal value
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, the difference must be paid
  • If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded
